Our team designed a customised process, utilising its propriety technologies, to manage and track the flow of inventory into the UK through various storage and handling facilities. The flexibility and cost focus of the solution, whilst maintaining the entire supply chain visibility, was a key differentiator for the client and brought about several significant cost savings to the project, and at the same time improving productivity.

We have a long history of working within the dried fruit and nut sector and were able to provide a solution which allowed for the combination of stability and agility, required by our client, at a competitive rate. Our accredited, AA BRC, multi-user facility was employed to store the product and a dedicated site-to-site transfer trunk was established. Additional investments were made by us to increase the chilled capabilities at the site, allowing for the continued growth of our client. Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) was upgraded to a new system which allowed for greater visibility of stock levels, and automated the stock management and ordering process.
