Processors are turning to pre blending more than ever to achieve the desired quality and flavour profiles. Our custom pre-blending solutions are designed to help processors maintain consistency, even when faced with diverse bean qualities.

Our transformation services include re-packaging loose bulk and 1,000kg bulk bags into 25kg and 60kg jute bags, and re-packaging jute bags and bulk bags into loose bulk. We use advanced technologies and automation which help to streamline processes and reduce costs.

We offer a tailored re-palletising service to accommodate customers' individual requirements. This includes transferring goods from card or non-standard sized pallets onto our standard pallets and storing goods as 'slaves' on our standard pallets.

Our pest infestation procedures are strictly documented and designed to restrict contamination on site. On arrival, goods are checked, quarantined and fumigated if found infested. Detailed inspection continues through the season and a rigorous fogging and management programme has been implemented to minimise further chances of infestation.

Our laboratory facility broadens the groups testing capabilities, including moisture content, free fatty acid (FFA) & peroxide value testing on various products. Other laboratory tests available on request are Aflatoxin, Ochratoxin, Acrylamide, Pesticides & Caffeine.

The ever growing demand for online ordering and delivery has led to us expand our core services to offering a pick and pack service for clients who require storage space and an end-to-end B2B or B2C fulfilment service for their products.
