Alec Gunn presents award to Victoria Gresty

We are delighted to announce that our winner of The Commodity Centre Employee of the Year 2023 is Victoria Gresty. Well done, Victoria.

Over the course of the year Victoria has stood out for not only taking on difficult challenges, but also for living our values of decency, integrity, consistent quality.

She has constantly delivered a can-do attitude whilst working across her role, always being flexible, willing to turn her hand to anything and all with a smile remaining upbeat and positive.

Despite being less than confident to be able to step up into a lead role, Victoria took on the new challenge with a little trepidation and a lot of energy. The challenge ahead was large, however she adapted new ways of working, new systems and processes. We look forwards to seeing Victoria continue to progress and grow within the business and enjoy the energy and enthusiasm she has for the day-to-day business and that of our customers.
